Payment is handled by our checkout provider. Check the amount and renewal terms before paying. For a profile badge, include your Steam ID in the checkout notes where available, or contact community staff with your receipt. Public names and badges are always opt-in.

Contributions help pay for server hosting, the website and ongoing maintenance. They give us room to fix issues, look after the servers and keep the community playing together.

Support is a thank-you to the community. Match results, ranks and moderation decisions are earned and handled the same way for everyone.

A few good questions.

Do I have to pay to play?

No. Supporting CSNexxus is entirely optional. You are welcome here whether you contribute or simply enjoy the servers.

What do supporters receive?

You can opt into a place on the supporter wall and a supporter badge on your Steam-linked website profile while your supporter status is active. You also unlock custom profile backgrounds and banners, premium avatar frames, badge designs and full-profile finishes while your supporter status is active. Each confirmed contribution keeps studio access active for one month from the payment date. Include your Steam ID to link these benefits to your account. Both monthly options receive the same benefits; the Backer option simply contributes more.

How do I cancel monthly support?

Use the subscription management link in your payment provider’s receipt or account. Cancel before the next renewal. Cancelling support does not affect your access to the servers.

What about refunds or a missing contribution?

Contact community staff with your payment reference. Only confirmed payments appear in the fund; refunded payments are removed. Never share card details or account passwords.
